Honest conversations for high-capacity women in transition
The Accountability Table is hosted by Nicole Santana — Christian author, creator of the Becoming Process, and a voice for experienced women navigating what comes next. The show opens conversations around the eight original stages of the Becoming Process: Identity, Truth, Confidence, Accountability, Decision, Discipline, Transformation, and Impact.
No hype. No prosperity formulas. No fake certainty about God's private will. Just clear biblical truth, rigorous self-examination, and the honest evidence of God's faithfulness in our careers and callings. The Table is where truth meets transformation — and where you bring your real situation, not a polished one.
The process is repeatable and cyclical. Completing eight stages does not mean becoming is finished — the conversations keep going as life changes.
Coming with the launch
Only the real trailer or a published episode will be embedded here. No placeholder players, no invented episodes.
No episodes published yet
The Accountability Table is in prelaunch. When the official trailer and first episodes are ready, the real audio player will appear here — tested for mobile playback before it goes live. Until then, this space stays empty rather than filled with placeholders.

Listening platforms
The show will be submitted to major platforms at launch. No platform links are shown until they are real and verified.
Platform links go live once the show is approved on each directory. We do not list platforms or counts that are not yet confirmed.
Interested in joining the Table?
Guest inquiries are handled through the Contact form. Submitting an inquiry expresses interest in a conversation — it does not create a recurring live coaching commitment, enroll you in a program, or guarantee a booking. Only real guests and published recordings will be featured on the show.
