Your career changed, or you did. Decide what comes next without throwing away what you have built.
The Becoming Career Reset is an eight-week faith-forward career reinvention lab for experienced women navigating a real transition. One program is available now; future offerings are not on sale until their details are approved.
Eight weeks · founding cohort · application required · dates and seats confirmed with accepted applicants
A reinvention lab, not a course you forget
Most career help tells you to start over. The Becoming Career Reset refuses that. Across eight weeks you walk the Becoming Process — Identity, Truth, Confidence, Accountability, Decision, Discipline, Transformation, Impact — and apply it to the real decision in front of you. Nicole Santana is the creator of the process; the Christian foundation is explicit and practical, not decorative.
The process is repeatable and cyclical. Completing eight weeks does not mean becoming is finished — you can return to it as life changes. We do not promise a job, income, healing, or certainty about God's private will. We help you move with your evidence intact.
Who it's for
- You're returning after a pause and want to build forward, not start over.
- You've built something solid and are discerning what faithful growth looks like.
- The title checked out, but something is off — you're seeking alignment.
- You're rebuilding after a loss and want a grounded way forward.
- You feel called to something new and want clarity without pressure.
- You lead others through change and want integrity in your own.
A portfolio and a 90-day action plan
You leave with two things you can hold in your hands — not a feeling, but evidence.
Your portfolio
Across eight weeks you assemble a personal portfolio: your identity statement, your honest situation assessment, the commitments you kept and the evidence you recorded, your decision and its costs, your follow-through system, and the changes you documented. It is the proof you carry forward.
Your 90-day action plan
The 30-day follow-through sequence extends into a 90-day action plan you map before the lab ends — concrete next steps, accountability checkpoints, and the habits that keep your decision alive when motivation fades. You leave with a runway, not a cliff.
The Becoming Process, week by week
Eight stages, one per week, worked in order and returned to often. Each week is a career-transition application of that stage — not a lecture, but the practical work of your real transition.
Identity
Clarify who you are in Christ beyond your job title, achievements, and current circumstances.
Recognize → Reject → Replace → Reinforce
Truth
Assess your current career situation honestly and name the issue you need to address.
Face → Name → Own → Speak
Confidence
Keep realistic promises to yourself and record the evidence of your follow-through.
Tell → Promise → Keep → Evidence
Accountability
Take ownership of what is yours to carry and identify what is outside your control.
Assess → Own → Adjust → Report
Decision
Make a responsible career decision and identify a concrete next action to support it.
Clarify → Count → Choose → Commit
Discipline
Create a follow-through system that keeps your decision alive when motivation changes.
Schedule → Simplify → Repeat → Recover
Transformation
Document the specific changes in your thinking, choices, and behavior since you began.
Reflect → Measure → Recognize → Refine
Impact
Use what you are learning to benefit another person within your capacity.
Serve → Share → Steward → Multiply
What each week includes
Dignified, practical, and honest — built so you can do the work between a full life and a real decision.
Short prerecorded lessons
Bite-sized teaching you can watch between meetings and caregiving. Bring your questions to the lab.
Weekly 90-minute group Zoom lab
One live session each week where the work gets applied to your real situation — not a content dump, a working table.
Practical assignment + five-question quiz
Each week pairs one applied assignment with a short five-question quiz to confirm what you're actually learning.
Private course community
A small, dignified space to share evidence, ask honest questions, and keep moving between sessions.
Completion certificate
A certificate of completion is issued after the weekly requirements are met — a record of the work you did.
30-day follow-through sequence
A focused post-lab plan delivered without additional live calls: your next thirty days of responsible action, mapped before you step out.
Time commitment
Plan for about 2.5–3 hours each week, including the group Zoom session or its replay. Some real-world tasks — a difficult conversation, an honest assessment, a decision you've been delaying — may take longer. The lab is built to fit a full life, not to require you to empty one.
What this program will and won't do
The Becoming Career Reset gives you a framework, a working table, and a process for honest movement. It does not guarantee a job, income, a promotion, healing, or a specific career outcome. A completion certificate confirms you met the weekly requirements — it is not a professional certification or credential. What you do with the process is your responsible action; we walk it with you.
Apply for the Founding Cohort
The founding cohort is intentionally small. Application is the first step — there is no payment until a place is confirmed and dates and seat availability are agreed with you. Two honest options when your place is offered:
$997
One payment · full access
$349
Three monthly payments · $1,047 total
Pricing shown is the founding investment and may change for future cohorts. No job, income, promotion, or outcome is promised. See our Refund Policy.
Draft — the application form is not yet connected. Applicants are directed to contact until a confirmed intake form, email address, and cohort dates are approved.
Leadership education
A future offering for women who have walked the Becoming Process and are stepping into greater leadership responsibility. We are not announcing dates, prices, or enrollment availability yet — this program is not on sale. When details are approved, it will be shared here and with those on the newsletter.
