By Nicole Santana is the publishing, education, media, and merchandise brand of Christian author, educator, founder, and podcast host Nicole Santana. The brand is operated by A Good Steward Management Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), with a mailing address at 513 Woodstock Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17201. We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide — your name, email address, phone number (when optional), career stage, Becoming Assessment answers and total, inquiry type and message, order number, and any other details you enter in our forms.
• Transaction information — when you buy a book, course, or product, our payment processor (Stripe) handles card data; we receive order details such as items purchased, order number, shipping address, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information — page views, device type, browser, general region, and referral source collected through analytics. Analytics run only after you have enabled consent; we do not use behavioral advertising pixels unless separately disclosed and consented to.

Necessary cookies and operational storage are used to run the site and deliver forms and results. We do not sell your personal information.

We use your information to:

• Deliver the Becoming Assessment and your result.
• Send the newsletter and resource notices you have consented to receive.
• Respond to contact and support inquiries.
• Process orders, fulfill purchases, and provide course access.
• Improve our content, site, and accessibility.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We send commercial email only to subscribers who have consented. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link and our physical postal mailing address (513 Woodstock Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17201), as required by applicable law (including CAN-SPAM). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by emailing support@bynicolesantana.com. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Receiving your Becoming Assessment result is separate from newsletter consent — you may receive your result without being added to the marketing list.

If you opt in on our SMS opt-in form, By Nicole Santana (operated by A Good Steward Management Group LLC) will send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Program messages for The Brave Reset include daily encouragement and workbook steps, about 1 per day for 21 days. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may also send invitations to Brave Becoming, special offers, and product updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use your phone number and consent records only to send the messages you requested, honor opt-outs, and keep records required by law.

We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including:

• HighLevel / LeadConnector — forms, CRM, and email delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printify and approved print-on-demand partners — book and merchandise fulfillment.
• Applicable course, video, and email providers as engaged.

These providers are obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — then delete or anonymize it.

• Leads and applications: 24 months.
• Customer, tax, and payment records: 7 years.
• Support records: 3 years.
• Suppression (unsubscribe) records: retained as needed to honor opt-outs.
• Student course access: 12 months after the Founding Circle begins, plus reasonable administrative records.

Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be noted on the site or by email where appropriate.
