By accessing this site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, readers, and customers.

All content on this site — including books, programs, podcasts, articles, graphics, logos, the Becoming Process methodology, and course materials — is owned by By Nicole Santana and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may access and use content for your personal, non-commercial reflection and learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Sharing login or course access with others who have not enrolled is prohibited.

Brave Becoming is an eight-week educational program. The Founding Circle begins Monday, January 11, 2027, with live sessions Mondays 6:00–7:00 PM Eastern for eight weeks. Access is granted to the enrolled purchaser for personal, non-transferable use. Students retain access to course materials for 12 months after the Founding Circle begins. Access is not transferable and may not be shared. Continued access requires that any payment plan remain current.

Participation does not create a coaching, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship. Live group sessions are educational. The program does not include private one-on-one coaching calls. Participation supports career clarity and disciplined action but does not guarantee employment, promotion, income, or any specific outcome.

Brave Becoming founding investment is $997 paid in full, or three monthly payments of $349 ($1,047 total). Founding seats may be reserved with a $97 deposit once your application has been reviewed and your place is confirmed; the deposit is credited in full toward the $997 program fee and includes immediate access to The Brave Reset Kit. Payment is processed through our payment provider (Stripe) at the time of enrollment or on the agreed schedule. Prices are listed in USD and may change; the price in effect at your time of purchase applies. Application does not guarantee enrollment; seats are confirmed when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation. Access continues only while payments remain current; a failed payment may pause access until resolved.

Physical books and merchandise are fulfilled through our store and partners. Digital products are delivered electronically. See our Shipping and Refund policies for delivery and return terms.

All content is educational and faith-based. We do not promise or guarantee a job, promotion, salary, income, healing, certification, or certainty about God's private will. The Becoming Process and the Becoming Assessment are reflection tools, not clinical, medical, psychological, or employment assessments. Results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and choices.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false or harmful information, harass others, or violate any law. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Books and merchandise are browsed and purchased through our separate store, which has its own terms, checkout, and policies. Our site may also link to other external services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites or the store beyond what is stated there. Review their terms before purchasing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, By Nicole Santana and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or products, including any reliance on educational content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you in full.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Program description: after you opt in on our SMS opt-in form, you will receive Brave Reset program texts (daily encouragement and workbook steps, about 1 per day for 21 days) and, only if you separately opt in, marketing texts about Brave Becoming, special offers, and product updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
