Nicole Santana · Author, Educator & Podcast Host
A short story, honestly told
Nicole Santana is a Christian author, educator, and podcast host. She built By Nicole Santana — the parent publishing, education, media, and merchandise brand — to serve experienced, high-capacity women navigating significant career and life transitions.
Her work is grounded in a single conviction: you are not starting over. You are building from evidence. Through books, conversations, tools, and programs, Nicole helps women separate their identity in Christ from their job titles and circumstances, face their present reality honestly, and take responsible next steps.
The brand's core method is the Becoming Process — Nicole's original framework, worked in this order: Identity, Truth, Confidence, Accountability, Decision, Discipline, Transformation, and Impact. Each stage carries its own four-step practice. The process is repeatable and cyclical: Impact can lead into a whole new cycle of becoming, and completing eight weeks does not mean becoming is finished.

Identity before strategy
Nicole's mission is to help high-capacity women build from evidence — not from hype, vague empowerment, or fake urgency. Faith-forward, practical, and honest.
By Nicole Santana exists for the woman whose career changed — or who did. The mission is to help her decide what comes next without throwing away what she has built, by working a practical, biblical process of becoming rather than reaching for a quick fix.
Nicole never promises a job, promotion, salary, healing, or certainty about God's private will. The work is educational and reflective, not clinical, and it does not diagnose a condition or guarantee a career outcome.
Eight stages, one repeatable cycle
Nicole Santana is the creator of the Becoming Process. The process can be revisited as life changes; completing eight weeks does not mean becoming is finished.
Identity
Recognize → Reject → Replace → Reinforce
Separate your identity in Christ from your job title, circumstances, achievements, and other people's labels.
Who am I?
Truth
Face → Name → Own → Speak
Name your present situation accurately and acknowledge what needs to change.
Where am I really?
Confidence
Tell → Promise → Keep → Evidence
Build self-trust through realistic commitments, kept promises, and recorded evidence.
Can I trust my own word?
Accountability
Assess → Own → Adjust → Report
Own your responsibility, adjust your behavior, and report what you changed.
What belongs to me?
Decision
Clarify → Count → Choose → Commit
Clarify the choice, consider its costs, choose a next step, and commit to action.
What am I going to do?
Discipline
Schedule → Simplify → Repeat → Recover
Create a repeatable system that keeps your decision alive when motivation changes.
Will I continue when my feelings change?
Transformation
Reflect → Measure → Recognize → Refine
Identify observable changes in your thinking, decisions, behavior, and capacity.
What has changed in me?
Impact
Serve → Share → Steward → Multiply
Use what you are learning to serve others responsibly and within your capacity.
Who benefits because I became?
The process is cyclical. Impact can lead into a new cycle of becoming — so the work continues as life and circumstances change.
